We’re happy to send our products worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location, order size, and selected shipping method. Delivery charges will be displayed at checkout once your address is provided. Shipping fees are set and calculated by the shipping carrier.
We carefully hand-pack every order to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation so we can assist you promptly.
When emailing us, kindly include clear photos of:
- The outer shipping box condition
- The inner packaging (including all the items inside)
- The damaged item
- Any visible dents, bends, tears, or impact marks on the packaging
Please note: If the product is a gift, the buyer or recipient is responsible for inspecting the package within the 48-hour timeframe. Unfortunately, we are unable to process damage claims submitted after this period.

All of our products are made to order, which means production is initiated specifically for you. As such, we’re unable to offer cancellations once an order has been placed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring availability to receive their shipment. We do not offer delivery holds, shipping delays, or timed delivery arrangements once an order has been dispatched.

If you need to update your shipping address or order details, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. While we’ll do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Orders may move into packing or shipping before messages are reviewed, especially outside of business hours. For this reason, we strongly encourage customers to carefully review all shipping information before completing checkout.
Once your order leaves our studio, any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We encourage you to check your country’s customs fees in advance to avoid surprises upon delivery.
Returns Policy
All of our products are made to order. Hence, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. All purchases are final.
We kindly ask that you read the product descriptions carefully before placing your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the item fits their space and needs. We cannot accept returns for sizing or compatibility concerns.
Please note that slight variations in color, texture, surface detail, or finish are a natural result of our 3d printing production process. You may notice subtle layer lines or minor inconsistencies as these are not defects but part of the product’s unique character & processes.

- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the issue
If your damage claim is approved and eligible for a return/exchange ;
- Items must be repacked exactly as originally received
- All original packaging, components, and protective materials must be included
- The product must remain unused from delivery until it is returned
- No additional damage should occur after the item has been received
- Any new or additional damage found during inspection may affect refund eligibility
- If the item is improperly packaged and is damaged during return shipping, all related costs and liabilities will be the responsibility of the customer
